Central Highlands is the convergence of many folklores and traditional cultures of ethnic minority Ede, GiaRai, M’nong, Banar, ect.. with habits & customs, festivals created the cultural diversity and specificity of this region.

Cycling trip to Multiculturalism Of Central Highlands has attracted tourists by the spectacular scenery of mountains, waterfalls, cool climate and the space of gong culture combine with local life’s daily activities. • Take a Jeep for night sightseeing, trekking in National Park of Cat Tien.

• Riding around the Lak Lake, discovering the charm of ethnic minorities.
• Stop over at waterfalls, beauties of panorama on 1500m above the sea level.

Summary of Trip

Detailed Itinerary

• 1^st Day: Cycling from Saigon to CatTien National Park (Bike 35⁺km &  Trek 7km, L, D).

  Travel to the highland of Vietnam at 8am, we spend a short transfer to the rubber plantations and cycle into the green coffee fields and to the CatTien National Park. We pass the former volcano lavas and little hills to reach the Park then check-in. We trek through the gigantic trees (400 years old) along natural trails of reserved region.

  In the evening, the jeep takes us to the jungle for a night sight-seeing and wild feeling. Then, enjoy your own time in basic eco-room.

  2^nd Day: Cycling from CatTien to Crocodile Lake & Madagui and to DaLat Mountain city (Bike 35⁺km & Trek 10km, B, L, D).

  We bike 9km to TaLai & explore 10km the Crocodile Lake on foot. A good chance to taste the bird’s melodies and its typical forest of wetland (you may see numerous mammals as Macaque, Langurs, snakes, pita, siamese fire-back, ect..). Lake is a picturesque scenery in the middle of the Park, so we take your remote eyes for its panorama which consists of wild crocodiles, pheasants, long-necked birds, thousand of butterflies, ospreys, ect.. Picnic lunch in the afternoon and we cycle through the dirt road & under the evergreen of ficus benjamina, cycas rumphii, the huge trees of langerstromenia ovalfolia, racemora.. To the end of the buffer-zone, we cross DongNai river by ferry and paddle over any gentle hills of Moraceae (also called mulberry) fields and the silkworm village. We get off your bike and transfer to DaLat in early evening. Dinner in Dalat’s hotel.

  Notice: Number of the wild mammals & birds in forest depend on the season in year-round.

  3^rd Day: Cycling in DaLat city (50⁺km, B, L, D).

  Enjoying atmosphere on the plateau city of pipe, flower, fog by biking on easy roads to minority of Lach Village. In there, we visit the long houses, local brocade products and Church of an old architecture. We then ride off the beaten track through vegetable farms, pipe canopy forests.

  Further cycling, we cycle to the Lake & Valley of Love (Thung Lung Tinh Yeu) and if time permit, we visit an embroidery art of XQ, Meditation Pagoda before ending at 5pm.

  4^th Day: Cycling from DaLat to Buon Ma Thuot (50⁺km, B, L, D).

  We make an early departure on this long day and tailor your cycling stage around the beauty of Lak Lake with lunch at village patriarch (or Lak Resort). Then, we bike to Buon Ma Thuot coffee city to visit Draysap & Draynur waterfall. Overnight at BMT’s hotel.

  Note: If you want to take the elephant-cart along the lake (service will be charged), please discuss with our guide for your most satisfy.

  5^th Day: Cycling from Buon Ma Thuot to PLeiku (65⁺km, B, L, D).

  In this journey’s day, we taste the “Coffee of Legend and take a sightseeing at DakLak Museum, then conquer the series of “pigskins”, see a hydroelectricity. Numerous of long houses where you can hear more about its festival of buffalo stabbing, elephant race, space of gongs. Taste our hill trible dinner with tube-wine.

  6^th Day: Cycling from Pleiku to KonTum (70⁺km, B, L, D).

  We travel to the stunning scenery of T’Nung Lake by van, visit one of the villages of BaNa or GiaRai ethnic minorities. Then, we ride on Ho Chi Minh Trails (Road N_o14) and see abundant and varied fauna & flora. Enjoy a flavor foods of uplands.

  Check-in at KonTum’s hotel and cycle to the wooden church (built 1913) with the stilted house architecture of BaNa ethnic minority people; KonKlor suspension bridge; KonKtu village. We enjoy coffee in the space of Eva coffee-shop and back to the hotel for dinner.

  7^th Day: Travel from KonTum to HoiAn Ancient Town (25⁺km, B, L).

  There are several pauses on the way to our end-point in HoiAn for pictures of mountainous landscapes as NgocLinh, DakTre, DakPoko, ect..

  Arrival & early check-in resort, you can request to make more splendid cycling time in the old quarter of HoiAn OR you can end the service and plan your own next trip. Our last minute will be spread until 5pm with farewell dinner.
