  • Solo Travelers: We will notify you if the tour is "Guaranteed to Depart" or "Standby" (awaiting the 2-person minimum).

To secure your spot, we require a deposit based on the tour length:

  • Tours < 5 Days: $100 USD per person.

  • Tours 5+ Days: $500 USD per person.

We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance at the time of booking to cover any unforeseen cancellations.

🌾 BALANCE

The remaining balance must be paid 15 days before departure, including fees for bike rentals, single supplements, or extra hotel nights.

After payment, you will receive:

  • A confirmed itinerary and packing list.

  • Visa application advice.

  • A pre-holiday checklist.

🌾 CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If we cancel: You receive a 100% refund with no deductions.

  • If you cancel: Fees are determined by the timing of your cancellation. Please refer to our Full Cancellation Policy for details.
