CYCLING MEKONG TOUR TO CON DAO 3 DAYS

No longer than 1,5 hours drive out of Saigon for My Tho Cycling. Fit your Mtb on a lovely quiet backstreet and start biking into the tiny village in CaiLay, sharing the cycling route with local farmers. Visit some unknown handicraft homes along the Mekong Riverside.

Enjoy your boat trip on this Mighty River which flows through 6 countries before it comes to an end in the Mekong Delta – Vietnam. On arrival in An Binh island, continue your biking towards Vinh Long, pedaling past wonderful orchard along an amazing network of waterways that make this region become famous for rice products, fish farms, tropical fruits and vegetables. We pick you up and drive to CanTho to check in, with dinner included & free time to explore at night.

After breakfast at hotel, we check out and enjoy boat ride to CaiRang Floating Market. Then we leave the boat and jump back to the bikes. We begin our ride onwards to PhungHiep. Ride on scenic route through fruit orchards and along the Mekong riverbank. Have lunch in PhungHiep before our cycling adventure continues. There will be many stops on the way to see rice husking mills, local homemade workshops, Buddhist pagodas, local markets by the river and take some small public ferries across to PhungHiep.

In the afternoon, we ride deeply into hamlets of Khmer community, passing primary schools, middle schools and colorful Khmer temples. Stopping at some local houses, and meet locals, exchange culture face to face, experience the charm of the Khmer traditional cultures first hand as you explore villages.

Have breakfast at the hotel and check out for a short transfer to Tran De dock. Boarding the 8:00 am speedboat to ConDao Island. The boat ride takes around 2 hours and 15 minutes to get there.
You will arrive at the Ben Dam dock around 10:20 am. One of Vietnam’s a new destination. It is a site of untouched nature.

ConDao is a splendid tropical get-away set with beautiful white-sandy beaches and quaint fishing villages. You can stay on beach as long as you wish. Our guide and driver will be back to Saigon with the emptied van. End of Cycling Mekong Tour to Con Dao 3 days !
