Cycling Coastal Vietnam: Saigon to Hoian 9 Days

Transfer 2.5 hours outside of Saigon to Binh Chau to begin your cycling adventure. Start by biking through the backroads of rubber plantations, tropical fields, Binh Chau forest, and numerous charming coastal villages. Enjoy lunch in Phuoc Buu after 25km of cycling. Afterward, continue cycling 25km along the Binh Chau to the coast before transferring to Mui Ne beach in the late afternoon. Here, you can enjoy a refreshing swim and a delicious local seafood dinner. Overnight at a 3-star resort in Mui Ne.

Following your breakfast in the resort, you pedal across the center of Northern Mui Ne, you will have a sight-seeing break at the exciting fisherhaven Mui Ne. Take a walk tour an hour at the grateful panorama view from the hillside of the fishing harbor Mui Ne and more cycling to White sand dune for another stopped-sight for exploration, you can spend your own time to venture the sandy motorbike ride and/or ride to Phan Ri for lunch.

In the afternoon, you can take a short rest in our support van to Ca Na and cycle on our new biking loop about 35km which is untouched by cyclists for many years. Overnight at Aniise Villa Resort in Phan Rang (or similar standard).

Today the cycle heads off to Nha Trang, arguably the most beautiful beach in the country, with white sand and blue sea.  Enjoy breathtaking views of the undeveloped coast with an equally stunning descent. There is some entirely unique plant life in this arid region, with a unique array of cacti mixed into the countryside. The road rolls on for 30 km, revealing picturesque white sand beaches and turquoise waters unfurling to the fishing hamlet of Vinh Hai. Continue riding on the very edge of the coast, beyond huge granite rocks balancing in Nui Chua National Park, ultimately leading to Nha Trang in the late afternoon. Arrive in time to enjoy a beautiful sunset at the beach.

You will have a full rest day to leisurely relax and take your own time to enjoy some of the following highlight suggestions:

• Book a half-day boat trip for snorkeling and scuba diving.

• Swim on the beach directly in front of the hotel.

• Take an excursion trip to visit 4 islands.

• Enjoy a canoe tour to the mini beach for swimming and water sports.

Today you will have an early departure because of driving length, our biking team will show-off the most beautiful coast as well as dividing into 3 short biking loops in Van Gia Fishing Village, Van Phong Bay and the famous Ghenh Da Dia. You can ride your bicycle on your own space past sweet potato fields, tapioca fields, rice paddies and fishing villages. Depending on your cycling ability and time, our guide could figure out and tailor a short route or long route to be at the hotel before evening.

In the morning, we will have a 30 minutes transfer by vehicle to back roads by the lake near the fishing village to avoid heavy traffic in town. Ride on small concrete country roads by the lake to Cat Tien. Then we continue cycling on coastal roads to De Ghi. In the afternoon, we ride past shrimp farms along coastal roads, and traveled to the homeland of Tam Quang before an hour and half to go by vehicle to Quang Ngai city.

We check out the hotel and go to My Lai memorial by vehicle. Right here, our team will set up and double check all bikes. After your visit to the memorial, just jump back on your bikes to explore the villages of My Lai before we reach Sa Ky, then Chau O. Transfer to Tam Ky town for lunch. The highlight of today is unique routes in the afternoon. Explore traditional villages, see water buffaloes on rice paddy, monkey bridges and wooden boat factories.

My Son is about 35 km from Hoi An Center. There are two Apsara shows in the day (9h30 & 14h30), If you want to enjoy it you can ride from My Son back to Hoi An. You can do a lovely drive from the Thu Bon River of Hoi An Center. Taking a Local Ferry boat to cross to Cam Kim island We can enjoy a morning Coffee iced as the Vietnamese style.

At My Son we visit the amazing temples of the Cham people to learn more about this Holy Land where the Cham people worshiped Shiva, the God of war. After a lunch of My Quang noodles at a local restaurant, you are transported back to the hotel (please mention if you wish us arrange your night 9 accommodation).

Free time for leisure activities before a car picks you up and transfers you to Danang International Airport. From there, you will take your flight to your next destination. This marks the official end of the tour !
