Welcome to Saigon! As you arrive at the airport, our "Vietnam By Bike" team will warmly welcome you and take you to our bike's house for bike fitting. Afterward, we will accompany you to check-in at a hotel in Saigon. Today, you can enjoy a delightful welcome dinner and begin to explore the captivating beauty of Vietnam at your own pace.

Brief about the Vietnamese biking rules when driving from bustling Saigon to Cu Chi Tunnels: We will have an easy first day ride, enjoying the beauty of the Saigon River, passing by ferries and rubber plantations. We will also behold the stunning scenery of peaceful villages, rice paper production, agricultural landscapes, and real-life activities. Before exploring the legendary Cu Chi Tunnels, we will get to savor plenty of delicious Vietnamese food. Afterward, we will return to Saigon by van/bus, with a restful journey of approximately 1.5 hours.

Departing to the Mekong Delta for 2 hours, upon reaching CaiLay, we will be cycling to CaiBe to visit various attractions such as orchards of jackfruit, durian, rambutan, and longan, as well as witnessing the production of handmade coconut candy and pop-rice. Afterward, we will board a motorized boat to explore the floating market and cross the mighty Mekong River, which is 1.5 km wide, to have lunch on Dong Phu island.

In the afternoon, we will embark on a cycling holiday through the lush green canopy, exploring the orchards and experiencing the daily life of local farmers. Later, we will disembark from the ferry at VinhLong. Depending on your ability and the time of the day, we can arrange a route for you to ride through the vast rice fields before reaching the lodge in CanTho.

After having an early breakfast, we will embark on a boat trip to the renowned Cai Rang floating market. From there, we will navigate through the narrow canals to Phong Dien, passing by a lively morning market along the bustling river banks. Along the way, you will witness numerous cottage industries, timber merchants, coconut shredders, and small docks where rice is loaded and unloaded. We will then continue biking through remote villages until we reach Highway 91, where we will transfer to Crocodile Land in Long Xuyen for lunch.

In the afternoon, we will make our way to the summit of Sam Mountain to witness the beautiful sunset at 5 pm. At this time, we can opt to ride another scenic route of either 10 km or 17 km before finally checking into our hotel in ChauDoc.

During the morning bicycling stage, you will experience a significant transition as you ride 40km upstream the Mekong River from two neighboring counties. We will head towards Long Binh Town and prepare for our departure from Vietnam as we check in at Chrey Thom in Cambodia.

In the afternoon, we will cycle to Angkor Borei, where you will have your first introduction to the Theravada Buddhism country. We will then continue our journey through wild villages with their distinct stilt-houses, vegetable farms, and charming pagodas where monks can be seen. We will stay in the capital city of Phnom Penh.

Once you cross Tonle Sap by ferry, you will be greeted with the vast and breathtaking countryside, ready for your exploration. Our tailored 30km ride will take you through the silk-worm village, where you can enjoy sight-seeing at a local farm and savor the taste of tropical fruits. To make your day extra special, consider combining it with some delightful presents.

In the afternoon, we will depart from the bustling city of Phnom Penh and embark on a two-hour motorized boat ferries along the Tonle Sap River. This journey will treat you to picturesque views of the Royal Palace and the stunning skyline of Phnom Penh. Take your time and relax while witnessing the enchanting sunset. Later, our team will pick you up for dinner, followed by an opportunity to explore Phnom Penh at night in your own way. Rest and spend the night in Phnom Penh!

Enjoy on a countryside drive to indulge in a cycling adventure amidst the lush greenery. Along your route, you will come across numerous picturesque villages, where you may encounter curious farmers gazing at foreign visitors and fishermen going about their daily routines along the Mekong River. We will make interesting stops along the way to engage in conversations with friendly locals and take much-needed rest. Overnight at a 3 star resort in Kampong Cham!

Continue on our journey to Siem Reap, where we will start the day by warming up our legs from the hotel. We will then venture off-road, about 15km cycling up gradual hills and passes shaded by beautiful rubber plantations. For lunch, we will stop at the charming Prey Thom Tratrav and then continue our van journey of approximately 150km to Dom Dek.

Once we reach Dom Dek, we will remount our bikes to cover the final 30km and arrive at the enchanting Beng Mealea temple. This remarkable ancient temple has been consumed by the relentless forces of nature, creating a unique atmosphere and offering a true sense of adventure. You will undoubtedly be captivated by the mystical stone temple towers. We will then make our way back to Siem Reap, arriving at the hotel in the early evening.

Today is one of the most beautiful days for cycling in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand. We will have the opportunity to cycle through the temple complex of the top 7 UNESCO site. This complex is surrounded by a lush jungle and awaits us with its unique temple architecture. You will be deeply impressed by the incredible size and extent of these temples, as well as the intricate details of their stone carvings.

Our guide will take us to the main facilities where we will visit Angkor Thom, Bayon, Angkor Wat, and the Srah Srang, also known as the "pool" of the king. We will also explore the mystical Ta Prohm temple, which is partially submerged in the green jungle and overgrown with enormous trees. Our experienced team will guide us through forest trails, around the ruined temples, and provide us with a deep understanding of the grand Khmer civilization.

In the morning, we will take you back to the Angkor complex area for a cycling adventure to Banteay Srey, a remote temple that was built by female artists and is considered a part of the Angkor Grand. As we bike through the 35km journey, we will pass through lush jungles and villages, providing you with a beautiful and immersive experience. Along the way, you might even have the chance to witness the process of making sugar and local wine from the "tnoat" palm trees, which are unique to the Khmer culture. Our next stop will be the stunning Banteay Srei temple.

Later in the afternoon, we will transfer to Tonle Sap Lake, also known as Kampong Phluk, to enjoy a boat trip during the sunset. This scenic experience will be a perfect way to end the day. Afterward, you will have the evening to yourself in Siem Reap, where you can enjoy a free dinner at your leisure.

We will provide transportation to Battambang. Upon arrival, we can inquire about the completion status of the connected trails at Prek Toal. From there, we will embark on a 60km bike ride, with the opportunity to visit a floating village on Tonle Sap Lake along the way. Finally, we will make our way to Battambang, a captivating colonial city. We will spend the night in a hotel.

Warm-up at the hotel after breakfast, we pedal to south-west for Krong Pailin. Take some short breaks for pictures and energy bars with snacks, this part will be enjoyed you so much because of its beauties but you also experience many challenges of crossing stream, poor roads, narrow bridges. A good feeling lost, you will make this day from hotel to hotel up to 100 km. Stay a night at a 3 star hotel in Pailin.

Due to the extended duration of our journey, including activities such as border crossing and a ferry trip to Koh Chang island. Therefore, we have planned a transfer from the small Thailand border, allowing you to experience the beautiful countryside before enjoying a local lunch.

Afterwards, we will board a ferry at the dock in Trat province to reach Koh Chang island. You can savor a leisurely dinner at the hotel and have the rest of the evening free to relax and explore at your own pace.
