This Hanoi bicycle tour 4 days takes us to Cuc Phuong, Mai Chau and Tam Coc, 3 beautiful destinations close to Hanoi. The first is a picturesque valley and the latter a spectacular waterscape. We will cycle through the light traffic on back roads, to get into closer contact with local people and explore places that few tourists venture to. And cycle to explore the ethnic villages in the northeastern hill region of Vietnam See mountainous landscape and enjoy the fresh and pure atmosphere

✅ Mai Chau is a westernmost district of Hoa Binh Province, around 135km from Hanoi.
✅ About 100km from Hanoi, Ninh Binh is an increasingly popular destination in the North of Vietnam. Ninh Binh’s appeal is a blend of endearing history and fairy-tale nature. It is blissfully created with spectacular mountains, rivers, grottos and primitive forests. Ninh Binh is also proudly to be the first imperial capital of Vietnam.

💢 Day 1: Hanoi - Mai Chau Valley Village (L, D/Cycle 50 km/4 star lodge)
- Departure time: 8h A.M - Finish time: 17h P.M
- Driving time: 3 hours - Cycling time: 5 hours
Drive to Hoa Binh, where we start our bicycle ride to Mai Chau. This is a fantastic ride with stops at numerous hill-tribe villages on the way. The scenery is spectacular, a verdant valley surrounded by karst mountains and tropical forest. We will pass plantations before arriving in Mai Chau in the late afternoon to spend the night with and ethnic Thai family. Overnight at a beautiful eco-lodge in Mai Chau Valley.

💢 Day 2: Mai Chau - Pu Luong Nature Reserves (B, L, D/Cycle 60 km/4 star retreat)

Awake to the sound of nature and start the day with a hearty breakfast. Today's cycling journey takes you deeper into the rural landscapes, as you make your way to Pu Luong Nature Reserve. Cycling along picturesque roads, you will be captivated by the panoramic views of valleys, mountains, and verdant forests. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the region and discover the unique ethnic cultures that call this place home. In the evening, relax and unwind in a lovely local lodge, where you will have the chance to interact with the friendly locals and learn more about their traditional way of life.

💢 Day 3: Pu Luong - Tam Coc (B, L, D/Cycle 55 km/4 star resort)

After a delicious breakfast, you will continue cycling towards Suoi Cham Water Wheels for lunch. Then, Pedaling through the stunning landscapes, you will pass by limestone karsts, dense forests, and vibrant botanical gardens. Enjoy the exhilarating ride as you take in the natural beauty and wildlife of the park. In the evening, you will be treated to a traditional dinner and spend the night in a comfortable 4 star resort.

💢 Day 4: Tam Coc - Hanoi (B, L/Cycle 40 km)

- Driving time: 3,5 hour - Cycling time: 3 hours
- Boat trip: 2 hours - Lunch time: 1 hour
You will cycle surrounding in the famous Tam Coc – Bich Dong area. This region is often referred to as the "Halong Bay on land" due to its spectacular limestone cliffs and emerald-green paddy fields. Enjoy a boat trip along the Ngo Dong River, where you will be surrounded by stunning scenery and explore the breathtaking caves. After the boat trip, hop back on your bike and make your way driving back to Hanoi. 2. Once we receive your inquiry, one of our team members will send you the full proposal with the traveler's information in detail.
- If you are a solo traveler, we will let you know the tour status, whether it is "Available", "Guaranteed to Depart", or "Standby" (waiting for more travelers to join to meet the minimum group size of 2 people).
- If your group has 4 or more people, you can request us to arrange your private group and any start date that's based on your group travel needs.
- If the trip is confirmed as "Guaranteed to Depart", you are free to book your flight, obtain a visa (if required for Vietnam and Indochina), and make all other travel arrangements.

🌾 DEPOSIT
- For tours of less than 5 days, we require a deposit of $100 per person to secure the service and deposit must be paid 45 days prior to departure date.
- For tours of 5 days or longer, we require a deposit of $500 per person to guarantee your place and deposit must be paid 45 days prior to departure date.
- We also require you to purchase travel insurance when you book your cycling holiday with VietnamByBike.
- Your deposit can be refunded 100% (except any bank fees) if you cancel 45 days or more prior to the departure date.
🌾 BALANCE
The balance must be paid 15 days before the departure date. This excludes any fees for e-bike rentals, single supplements, and extra hotel nights. Our confirmation will include the personal details you provided us, such as your flight information. It will also provide visa application advice, a packing suggestion list, and a detailed tour itinerary. Additionally, the confirmation will include a checklist to ensure you have everything ready for your cycling holiday with VietnamByBike.
🌾 CANCELLATION POLICY
On the rare occasions when we, VietnamByBike, must cancel a trip, all payments received to date will be 100% refunded, which constitutes full settlement. There will be absolutely no deductions. If you, the client, must cancel your reservation, your cancellation fee will be determined according to when you cancel. For full details, please read the cancellation policy issue in our terms and conditions.
🌾 LOYALTY RIDERS CLUB
For those who have been on several long tours with us we reward customer loyalty by offering repeat customers a special discount off the tour price (excludes single supplement and bike rental). If this is your fourth scheduled tour or more you will receive a 5% discount. If this is your eighth scheduled tour or more we will extend a 10% discount. The discount will be reflected in your online booking, but please contact us if any questions. Loyalty discounts can not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Note: Only tours of 5 days or more will be applicable for loyalty discount.
🌾 INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS
International flights, to and from the start and finish points are not included in the tour price. Once your tour is Guaranteed to Depart you can book your flight. Please contact us for advice before arranging flights for the best arrival and departure times. We would only cancel a trip for an extreme circumstance, but in that case, where we cancel your trip, we cannot be liable for losses incurred relating to any flight booking you have made. Please claim any losses from your travel insurance that you acquired when you booked your holiday.
