Cycling Cambodia: Siem Reap to Phnom Penh 6 Days

Welcome to our fantastic Cambodia cycling 6 days /5 nights, in the beautiful city of Siem Reap. Check in to your accommodation and enjoy dinner accompanied by an Apsara dance performance. 

Start your day with a warm-up ride after checking in at the entrance fee checkpoint. Cycle to Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom, and through off-road trails in the jungle within the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Angkor. Wrap up your day by enjoying the sunset.

Begin your cycling journey with a 30-minute ride from the bustling city to Tonle Sap Lake, making your way to Banteay Srei, located about 37 km away. Pedal along narrow paths through numerous villages, and savor local delicacies, including palm fruit cake and sugar. After lunch, visit the Temple of Lady Banteay Srei. Then, transfer to the boat pier to explore the tall stilt houses and take a boat tour before returning to Siem Reap for an overnight stay.

Today, venture toward Kampong Thom, stopping briefly during your transfer to Sambor Srei Kuk for a cycling route of about 25 km to explore an ancient temple. After a lunch break, continue cycling around the temple on various fun off-road paths to test your cycling skills, then proceed to Sambor Village for an overnight stay.

Enjoy a 1.5-hour transfer to the island of Koh Dach for cycling to Silk Island and the cocoon farms, where you will learn about Cambodia’s famous silk and embroidery. As you ride across multiple islands, gain insight into river life and local culture before reaching the central part of Phnom Penh. Spend the night at a 3-star resort.
