Wonderful Siem Reap Package Cycling Tour 5 Days/4 Nights

Upon exiting Siem Reap International Airport, you’ll be greeted with a welcome sign from your Vietnam By Bike guide. You will then be transferred to a 4-star hotel in the city center, where you can take some time to relax before enjoying a buffet dinner featuring an impressive Apsara dance performance!

Start your day early at 5 AM, witnessing the spectacular sunrise over Angkor Wat Temple from the hotel. Marvel at the world’s largest religious monument, constructed in the early 12th century, with its intricate carvings and grand architecture.  

Afterward, you will collect the bicycles that we will use throughout the trip and set off to discover several ancient temple cities on two wheels. We will cycle to the impressive Ta Prohm Temple, which is enveloped by jungle. After exploring this temple, we’ll pedal along small hidden trails to the ruins of Phimeanakas, the Elephant Terraces, the Bayon, Baphuon, and Preah Khan. Today’s total cycling distance will be approximately 35 kilometers, with about 80% of the ride off-road, though not technically challenging.

Transfer for cycling adventure away from the crowds to the quaint village of Rolous, where we will visit ancient temples. Along the way, we’ll stop at a local market and explore the Banteay Samre Temple.

Our ride through rural Cambodia offers numerous opportunities to connect with local residents. The roads are peaceful and narrow, providing beautiful views as you cycle past local markets, schools, villages, and Buddhist temples. We’ll take a refreshing break in the shade of a tree before reaching Banteay Srei, known as the Citadel of Women. This stunning red sandstone temple is one of Angkor's most significant structures, featuring remarkably well-preserved walls adorned with intricate carvings.

After lunch, you will be transferred to Phnom Bakheng Hill, where you can enjoy a breathtaking sunset that blends the temples with the grandeur of ancient trees—a perfect setting for great photographs, especially in fine weather. Your day will conclude with free time for swimming and exploring Pub Street or the food market along the riverbank.

You will explore the stunning landscape of Tonle Sap Lake by bike and boat. This unique experience offers the perfect outdoor adventure as we immerse ourselves in Siem Reap’s countryside, visiting a floating village and enjoying a sunset cruise along the river.

Our tour will take us along charming backroads, allowing you to experience the local way of life in Siem Reap. You’ll be greeted by friendly locals and gain a deeper understanding of their lives and traditions. The journey will conclude at Tonle Sap Lake, where you can observe the livelihoods of Cambodians living in floating villages and see how families adapt their lives to a life on the water.

As the day comes to a close, you’ll watch the sunset over the lake while enjoying some snacks and cold beverages. You will then return to the city by private vehicle in the late evening.
